Mission Statement

Partnership for Families, Children and Adults – Deaf Services Division has been Empowering the Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing communities of Chattanooga and North Georgia since 1974. Our comprehensive programs seek to break the cycle of inequality and better the lives of individuals by bridging communication barriers, making connections, and educating the public.
